SEMBOL MAKİNE DÖKÜM SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş., founded in 2004 at the Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone with a total of 10.000 square meter ground and around 5.000 square meter closed production area.

Having a capacity of 6.000 metric tons per year, our foundry consists of;

A molding line  with 700 x 760 mm flask size, and  a speed of 30 molds per hour,
Backed up with a qualified personnel for almost all sizes of  hand molding capability,
1 unit 500 kg/h capacity double melting unit, induction furnace DUAL-TRAK
1 unit 1000 kg/h capacity single melting unit, induction furnace AEG,
Trimming, cleaning, and sand blasting capacity being 1200 kg per batch with a shot blasting machine,
A PLC controlled heat treatment unit with 1,5 x 2,7 x 1,00  meters.
In our plant; from lamellar gray iron, nodular iron, and carbon steel, sizes from 500 grams to 1,5 tons apiece, cast parts used in the fields of  machinery, energy, agricultural industry

Quality is assured in our plant with the following possibilities;

Spectrometer, Temperature control equipments, Thermal analysis equipment (Quik-Cup), Microstructure checking microscope, with relevant equipment, Tensile test equipment, Sharpy test equipment, Hardness testing, both Brinell and Rockwell,
Ultrasonic testing equipment, Testing equipment for micro cracks on castings, Molding sand testing laboratory with full equipment to check the sand during all phases of ongoing continuous mold preparation process On the long run, Total Quality Assurance management is aimed.
